I HAVE HUMBLED MYSELF AND GOD HAS EXALTED ME

1 Peter 5:6 (amp) Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God [set aside self-righteous pride], so that He may exalt you [to a place of honor in His service] at the appropriate time.

Luke 14:11 For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled [before others], and he who habitually humbles himself (keeps a realistic self-view) will be exalted.”

I can’t help but think of how Jesus humbled himself so may times in the scriptures and in how he approaches his children in that same way in order to draw us to Him. Be blessed this season.

Thank you for your comment. Yes Jesus washed feet the night before he was to be betrayed and KNEW what was coming. That’s humbling.
